A little higher pricing than I'm used to for breakfast at a little diner, but nothing over $10. The staff was friendly, and the owner was very nice and personable. I will definitely stop back next time I am in the area.

An excellent place to stop and relax after a long hike at the Mississippi Palisades. Very relaxing atmosphere with cool pictures on the wall. Nice staff and what I had was delicious.

This was an outstanding lunch. The food was delicious and appeared to be home cooked and fresh. The only thing in my opinion that would have made the experience better would have been if our waitress would have been as friendly to us as she was to what appeared to be a table full of locals. She was efficient and our orders were correct but i cant say she was friendly by any stretch. The pictures attached are of my lunch which was the corned beef and cabbage meal with cheese and broccoli soup and tapioca pudding all for $8.99

This is a quaint little restaurant in Albany, IL and the food is first rate! Good service, great food and homey atmosphere. Worth a drive from the Quad Cities! Prices are very reasonable.

One of my favorite places to eat good walleye and cod. Friday have all you can eat. But call first.

I really enjoyed my catfish dinner and pecan pie. Man sized portions and super friendly folks with country music playing very softly in the back round. I'd recommend anyone one traveling on 84 to stop in for a very satisfying meal. There's a nice collection of old river photos on the walls as well.

Worth 5 stars but they dont sell that peanut butter cup dessert i use to get so i docked a star but both the waitresses were amazing and understanding with my son who just absolutely had to have spaghetti asap lol definitely worth going once or twice a week
